In this class we learn the important elements to set you up for a fun flying aerial practice. James, Kassy, Keith, Al, and the studio owner Nick all provide one of a kind in-depth yoga experiences. This class is taught with gentle guidance and attention to students' pre-existing conditions. By the end of this series you will feel confident joining any of our regular yoga classes!

You can expect a practice with a smaller number of gentle poses held for a longer period of time from 3 to 5 minutes with a little bit of aromatherapy and hands-on assists to enhance the poses. In Storybook Yoga we read books and act them out using yoga poses like Downward Facing Dog, Frog, Tree, and Guitar. This is a great activity for all ages with something for everyone. In this class we use a silk hammock suspended from the ceiling to support our body weight, allowing students to experience traditional yoga poses in new and fun ways.
